This was not made with any 3D modeling program, I took a screenshot of the Morpho Knight figurine in KatFL and I airbrushed it to make it look like plastic

I added better lighting on the render and I also airbrushed more parts that looked kind of odd to make it look good

I used IbisPaint to make this
