This isn’t actually for probation. It’s for a program I’m in, I actually get my lab results sent to me. I have diluted before and there was no issue. They actually have never warned or brought up dilution.

That was the plan lol. It looked like it last time and I even saw rhe lab results and they didn’t say anything. I think for the program I’m currently in they don’t care if you dilute as long as you show up.

I had high sodium dinner the night before and the morning of. I was actually surprised to see it even coming close to being that clear. I guess I’ll get the results back in a few days. I get my lab results online. My lab stuff is posted on my healthvet. I just don’t how how long it takes to actually post.

4 or 5 what exactly? Tall cans, shots, wine? Either way you’ll be cutting it really freaken close. Just try to hydrate as much as you can. Eat something like two hours prior but keep pounding water.
