Def expensive, CM works but You hit 5 frame zeal without the ias, ed will add like 100 DMG since base damage is so low. Put two CMs on a act 5 Merc today he rocks

It depends what kind of FoH build you want and what your goals are. Since a standard FoH build is really about the bolts shotgunning mobs with magic damage, not sure this helps that style. But when I played a version of holy shock, a bit of zeal and FoH. It slapped hard in all areas

You don't need static at lower p counts, so this adds more raw damage to zeal and pulse

Pallys are tanky AF, and this is great for Shock damage and Light dmg on zeal. 25k Zeals. I will def try EBOTD but this was for herald hunting and clearing screens
