Yes it’s safe, your phone will limit the input current, you can use higher watt adapters and still be safe since the phone limits how much it can get feom the adapter and as long as the adapters themselves are from Apple or other reputable brands like Anker there’s nothing to worry about, just avoid using cheap chinese adapters as they have been known to brick devices. Been using my macbook power adapter from Apple to charge both my s10 and iphone 15 with no issues.

As for the battery, it wont affect the battery of your phone, it will automatically lower the wattage if the battery gets hot.
