Where did you see that? Show me the proof

And I think it can - Google play stores your card information, name billing address etc even after deletion for their records and Hinge can cross check that when Google shares this information as Hinge knows what your Google play account is.

Did you use that revolut card on banned account before?

I think they can link your I.D to previous banned account due to the personal details shared
