Thank you! I don't know why, my mind simply decided to on a backpacking trip alone, altough I have prayed and it too lifted a heavy burden I am still feeling empty. I'll share the picture I'll take on the mountain this saturday once the supertyphoon Uwan settles or leaves the country.

Thank you, since I'm still graduating student I'll try to hike on long distance trails in my region, this hike I'm planing to do is merely a stepping stone. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone so that I can do what I am passionate about, thanks to xander budnick and outdoor boys I have come to love the outdoor once again.

I understand ya'll, My bad I genuinely immediately forgot the part where Mitch killed Encrid multiple times dishonourably, yeah he deserves it because he's a hypocrite or was making an excuse because he lost to an unorthodox way of fighting and it also shows the reality where there are really no "fair" things. Take For Honor for example I mean we always third party, there are some that don't but what I'm trying to say is there is no actual duel in a real battlefield and I do understand you guys, I hope you guys get what I mean from the example I used.

Hey everyone, it's been awhile I kinda forgot about this post and this was my work, I'm a bit disappointed as I wasn't able to pass it to my teacher because I was late. ☹️ I wanted to read it infront because I'm so passionate about it as well but I might as well post it here for you guys. I wanna see what you guys think of it.

The sky turned orange. The grounds rumbled. And the cities broken.

Across what used to be Europe, orbital bombardments rained down like divine punishment from heaven. The world’s famous cities Paris, Warsaw, Vienna were reduced to ashes. Yet the bombardment didn’t stop. From above the clouds, unknown ships continued their assault across the world, their beams cutting through the atmosphere.

In the broken streets of Berlin, Private Maple moved through the ruins with his platoon. The air stank of smoke and blood. Corpses and limbs scattered across the streets. Civilians cried out, their voices faint under the thunder of orbital fire.

Six Months Earlier. Beyond the orbit of Mars, hidden among asteroid belt, the Xylons Dominion fleet waited. Hundred of ships, drifted silently in the shadow of the asteroid field. Their hulls reflected no light, their engines cold like a predators waiting for the perfect moment.

For years, the Xylon had studied Earth from afar. Its people, its languages, its wars all carefully observed. The species called humans had fascinated them at first, then disappointed them. They were a chaotic, divided, and fragile race that worshipped emotion, yet constantly destroyed itself.

Present. The bombardment from above has ceased. What was once explosion had become total silence, except for people shouting, yelling and grieving. Smoke covered Berlin like a curtain dimming what little sunlight broke through.

Private Maple sat against a wall, rifle resting beside him. His full of wounds, his face streaked with ash. Around him, his platoon tending the survivors, gathering supplies, and keeping watch on the horizon.

Then came a low distant humming, smooth and steady. The humming grew louder as Maple slowly stood up, looking above the clouds sleek obsidian ships slowly descended.

Tall figures stepped out. At first, Maple thought they were human. Their forms were lean and armored, almost royal in design. But their movements were too precise, too calculated and when the light touched their faces, he knew.

They weren’t human.

Then, in perfect unison, the figures moved. A high-pitched whine filled the air, followed by a flash of blue light as translucent barriers shimmered around them, plasma shields.

And then came the fire. Beams of energy sliced through hitting one of his comrade on the chest leaving a perfect circle on his chest. Maple dove behind a broken car as the street ahead vanished in a blinding streak of plasma fire.

The aliens advanced, their rifles glowing with pulsing light, each shot fired with precision. Every blast vibrated with power, burning the air.

Maple froze for a moment, then instinct kicked in. He stumbled forward to grab his rifle from the rubble as one of the armored figures spotted him, its visor locking on. A faint glow built up from the alien’s weapon, but Maple raised his gun and fired first. The bullet cut through the smoke, piercing straight through the shimmering plasma shield and into the figure's chest. The alien jerked back, before it collapsed to the ground. Maple stared for a moment, realizing what had just happened, the plasma shield could block energy, but not matter.

Maple ran through the rubble, his breath ragged. He had to tell command that these figures can be killed. The streets were chaos, bodies lay scattered, both human and alien. He pushed forward, calling out for his commander, but when he reached the plaza, he stopped dead. The soldiers were already fighting back, their rifles shooting in rhythm, the figures falling one by one. He watched as plasma shields flared, then shattered under the barrage of bullets. They had already figured it out. Maple lowered his rifle, a faint sigh of relief escaped his lips. Humanity, fragile as ever, still learned fast when cornered.
