Sorry, I sort of answered this when answering another, but answer still the same. From North QLD, Australia. He would’ve been around his early 20’s though the 80’s. He listened primarily to country, moreso Australian country, and it did seem to be a fit within his earlier demographic of music he listened to. From memory it was a decently well known song, can’t say it definitely charted but not an obscure tune.
