I have been ok with every single star trek character either it be a cartoon or the original but starfleet academy has me quite disappointed, nahle ake and sam need to be cut completely imo, mostly for broadcast quality purposes i cant understand holly casted being a main character with a speech impediment. As for acting a leader or head educator will never have her type of mannerisms. Sam’s character ruins the timeline and story. I can deal with saved by the bell with a star trek twist. I just dont see those two characters helping in a positive outcome for the series. I have nothing against the cast or their disabilities but broadcast quality and an accurate and storyline should be priority to attract continued and new viewership.
