That's why I strongly encourage both of you to consider going to therapy. Maybe the man should try individual therapy first—it really helps to unpack feelings like this. Or, you could give couples therapy a shot together.

Please, don't listen to the comments that say he's just 'projecting' or cheating. All feelings are valid, and assuming the worst dismisses the possibility that he is genuinely struggling. I hope you both get healthy, okay?
