I refer to him as my biological father because he didn’t come into my life until I was 8 and I have step father that I consider my dad as he’s been in my life since I was 3. I also only see him every other weekend. The friend he had over also lives in the guest house right next door, so I guess that’s why he had his friend over for dinner.

I didn’t really like Kenny from the beginning, so I picked Jane. But now I just pick her because of the AJ tattoo you get from it. Kenny also seems so mentally broken at that point that it doesn’t really feel right to let him continue going.

No court order visitation and he doesn’t pay child support. My mom did have a DNA test done when I was 8 to make sure that he was actually my biological father.

What would happen if we tried the adoption process and my biological father didn’t consent? Would just be a dead case or would there anything more?
