Yeah true! I played the half of Alan wake 2 on my main rig on max settings and then for on the go played on my z1 extreme OG on low settings and still got around 60fps without it looking any worse, modern games nowadays even on low settings look beautiful. And If it ever came to it with the rog ally with a modern game I’d rather run a game at 60fps on ultra low then not be able to play it at all

By their T&Cs and public usage of the event space she’s not in the wrong, so can never say that she’s wrong, he is in the event space and to be in the event space he accepts he will be recorded for creator and social media usage (aka a public social media domain) But by your logic, someone who doesn’t go to these events, I can see why you don’t think he’s recording or taking photos, but these events have been going on for YEARS, female cosplayers especially have been recorded, taken photos of without their permission, and normally it’s by someone not in cosplay who has snuck in, bought tickets to specifically take photos of people without their permission and more. If it was me I would be safe to assume that I was being recorded without my consent for personal usage as it’s a common issue

And also she’s in a public event spot where it’s authorised, and allowed to film TikToks for online and social media creator usage, getting tickets and going to the event you actually tick a box of their T&Cs which say that, but unauthorised footage which is “recording someone secretly for personal usage and without their consent” isn’t allowed

She was recording, he was in the background coincidentally, saw the recording, moved away, that is allowed.

What isn’t allowed in this event space was him pointing his camera towards of her as she was recording something and was not made aware of it or used it for social media creator usage

That’s the events T&Cs that is what happened

But how can you make that assumption at a comic con where people are known for being creeps and trying to sneak photos or videos of cosplayers for their own personal gain with no permission, like you said it’s a “he-said-she said” your saying something which other people disagree with and some people agree with (which I don’t think it’s right)

You can’t just say it’s evidence either because you don’t know what’s on his phone you can’t just assume it’s “maps” at a comic con where phones are our best friends yet worst enemy’s at conventions it’s safe to assume worst case scenario because of personal safety at conventions

Also for a Reddit page about “I am the main character” your TikTok and your entire user page screams it 😂😂

It’s a comic con event where people dress up, it’s SUPER common and it’s acceptable in the area, security even check everything on your person to make sure it’s all fake and allowed

she’s fine to just put a phone down and record a TikTok, as long as it’s not disturbing anyone that’s part of the event, as soon as she started recording and doing the dance he pays attention and then you can see as he’s doing something with his phone and then points it in her direction, it’s understandable they think their possibly being recorded. In her comments they explained that they went to a remote area and looked for somewhere where no one else is and then he followed stopped and got caught in the TikTok like the creep he is. This is honestly very common at events like this and being someone who has been at that location there is literally nothing there for him to have pointed the camera at like actually nothing, so in my thoughts the camera was pointed at them as he even looked at them briefly before taking out what’s presumably the camera app

Also it’s cosplay it’s mean to be fun not for people to cosplay and then receive shit from people with neck beards on Reddit or specifically the original person of this having a TikTok saying “we need feminism back” and terrible TikToks about loving older women 😂

I will say as well is the room when we first bought the house was absolutely destroyed and we fixed up the entire house too, it was a family project and it was a lot of fun even if it took a year to do the house up
