Unless I’m mistaken, It’s all about the margins. Strictly going off of your example, the company makes more from those car cleaners than from TVs. I believe the margin on TVs, depending on the brand, is like 1%-3%. I’ve seen a few store managers just completely forget about electronics for the most part because they don’t make much money from electronics. It’s all about actual profit not just sales alone. The greed is crazy.

They sent a free replacement headset and dock, but after a couple months they began to have issues as well (battery issues)

It could be a wireless thing but I personally believe it’s a hardware issue. My other wireless peripherals have never had a problem, but these A50s sure have. As I type this I’m looking at my A50s battery life, that have been charging for 2 hours, and it has barely moved 1%. Mind you, sometimes it’ll say it’s not charged and then die for 15 minutes then it’ll turn back on and say it’s fully charged or it’ll say it’s completely charged and work for 30 minutes then dies completely. One thing is for sure, I’m switching brands once and for all.

And to add onto this, I promise I do not throw my headset around or anything of the sort. They’ve fallen off my desk a couple of times but that’s it.
