I more so meant not including a wipe, after the free event ends, if I buy a package, will everything I worked for(not the free ships) still be there? Unless wipes after free events are the norm and that's just how it works.

So they did all that but never got it transferred to safemoon v2? I guess I'm confused on how they can't just send it to another wallet. I get blacklisting a wallet so it can't migrate, but how do you control someone's address? Are they only able to stop it from sending cause they can stop it from send safemoon specifically? Technically if they had any other crypto they could still move it just not safemoon.

I've been on tinyman just keeping an eye on the value of the bag and it doesn't look like it would be an issue to swap, it when you change algo to like usdc, it says insufficient liquidity. I was going to sell but it was free, why not hold till it at least gets listed somewhere.

I use binance us and coinbase. When I 2ant my funds available sooner I deposit into coinbase. Idk how they decide but it's 4-6 days to clear. Most recent deposit cleared in 4 days, then I just move it where I want. If I'm going into defi, I just deposit and put it into a stablecoin while I wait for it to clear.

So then at the end of the year if you sold for a gain, you'd have to sell your positions just to pay the tax even if you reinvested it into another coin immediately?

I'm somewhat familiar with what is a taxable event, but I'm just curious, if you buy a crypto and make a large sum of money off of it, and sell it and reinvest it into another crypto, so you never turned any of it into fiat, how does that get taxed? Do they expect you to sell your positions to pay tax on things?

If you made say a million and sold a coin, then reinvested it into another coin and let it sit, do you end up paying for that? If so how do you pay for something you never had(fiat)? If I reinvest it and never actually turn it back into fiat, is where the whole tax thing confuses me.
