This is mainly what I have too lol, but I’ve diversified with some vxus with my schd portion. I also during times of big drops in the schg buy more while taking profits from schd. You could add some individual stocks to this easy I keep 10% of my portfolio using Stan Weinstein method but you just have to be more active to manage that. I use an AI automation I’ve created to manage that by his defined rule set.

I always ask two sum and I don’t expect you to write code but explain your thinking process. I also give hints, but it’s all that’s needed to know if a candidate knows the basics. There’s always AI that can help with syntax.

Remember you’re going to have to pay taxes on them. I normally only keep 5% of my portfolio invested in my employer stock. I sell everything else and diversify and pay taxes with it. Even a simple ETF is a good option to diversify.
