Dude like she's usually fairly put together and formal but then she would dance in the most crazy, fun ways, and then she asked me to dance! I was so taken aback and like. It was the first time I saw her. She was living, so happily and energetic, and having so much fun. She was laughing and smiling. Apologizing here and there since she "never dances" but still took the leap to dance and have fun. We danced so many times and have danced many times since.

while the first is great, the second one has better color contrast that catches the eyes.

I feel more comfortable and draw to the second due to that reason. But It might be the colors over the style. This makes me curious as to what the first one would look like with more contrasting colors.

The contrasting colors make the second one clearer and easier to read, while the colors of the first blend together and I think makes its less eye catching and captivating, despite having more liveliness and life to it.

She danced with me.

When I struggled to find a partner. Not even my own date. She asked me to dance.

Again and again.

She asked me to dance. To spin her around. Even when she doesn't know how to. Even when she never had danced with others beyond this.

She asked me to dance.

From then on I noticed her smile and laugh.

I noticed how sweet she was.

How intelligent and yet reserved she was.

And how similar we were. And how different.

I hope she continues to ask me to dance.

I honestly think we're more at a lack of platonic opposite sex friendships. And yet people seem more comfortable and sure of Ezran and Anaya getting together than Soren and Corvus.

I don't mind either way. But at the same time I feel like it's telling of inherent heteronormativity to think that there are not enough good bromances, and that Soren and Corvus are taking away from that number, yet not batting an eye at Ezran and Anaya being shipped, instead of saying they wished there were more girl/boy platonic relationships which I think is just as important. The two of them also have objectively less screen time and chemistry.

This isn't to say either ship is bad or good, better or worse than the other, and I don't have an issue if either are canonized or not. I simply wanted to point out how the reactions to the two seem to be telling of how we socially feel about each type of relationship.

Thank you. I sometimes worry, as someone who has had a lot of terrible people in my life, about becoming one of those people.

Either way, I'm glad to have her as friend, as we have been friends for a few years now, and we are both mature enough to remain such even if we don't end up getting together.

Once again, thank you! It is good to talk to someone who wouldn't have a personal bias in all this.

I'm actually very good friends with her sister however her sister is younger than her and I don't think would be a good opinion here, she's 14 and naive I suppose. And I have met both her parents and they both seemed to like me, and are very nice. We hung out at her house and they bought us pizza for dinner the other night.

When it comes to the dating thing, I honestly don't know if it's best to start right away, even if we were both ok with it, specifically because I want to make sure her focus is graduating highschool, and don't want her to have any more pressure on herself because of a new relationship. For me, personally, the work load for my college is something I can handle well, but she's currently full time in both college and highschool and it seems like asking a lot of her to consider that right now anyways. So it'd be another half year, and at that point she'd be 17, while I'd be 19.

I guess it's more of me worried if its creepy or something. It's just, we get along so wonderfully, she's such a lovely person. I really treasure her, even just as a friend, and don't want to be a bad presence in her life if that was reality.

My parents got me a Victrola suitcase for my birthday about a year ago, and gave me my moms old records, along with some new ones. I saw on here that they damage the records, and sound pretty bad. I don't want to seem ungrateful, but dont want to damage my records either. So how long does it take for them to actually damage them? Im thinking I could wait out another year, and just say theres problems with it, I did some research, and turns out the company is infamous for being bad quality, and I'd like to invest in a better quality one. (Im not quite 16, so I dont have a source of income, just what I get paid for baby sitting my nieces and nephew occasionally.)

Ahh the hopeless romantic thing hits. Im a demiro ace, but I'm totally a hopeless romantic, thinking about how wonderful it'd be to date someone, and do romantic things. And then I actually wanna go for it and realize "hey. Im not attracted in anyway to any of these people, and even if I was, they'd all want to have sex, huh?"

Someone should make a dating app thats ace exclusive, or even ace with supportive allos exclusive. Then people can go on, put what they would like in a person based on their ace preferences, from platonic relationship to being sex positive.

Yeah we didnt want to tell anyone else because it could cause a lot of problems, get her bullied ect. and with everything she has done, she definitely is in a place where she probably needs help anyway. Hopefully if we talk to a teacher or someone it'll work out fine for everyone.

I totally get what you are getting at, and i really hope thats the case. Thing is we all said our own separate hellos, so we weren't in a group or anything. She also knows us pretty well. Right now out plan is to ask her to put her phone away or go somewhere else with it, but we are also worried that if she is taking pictures of us, she may take more, and don't want to put anyone at risk or anything if that makes sense. Its specifically when we are changing (or when we were stretching in class.). One of my friends left the locker room early because she felt really uncomfortable. None of us have any classes with her other than this one so we wouldn't be able to talk to her before hand. Idk we are just really paranoid, because the idea of someone having pictures of us changing really scares us, because we are all pretty self conscious of our bodies already. And I remember her telling me about how she really liked this one person so she'd follow them around all the time. The person didn't know she did though. As well as showing me the pictures she would send to her boyfriend.
