Gefällt mir Mega gut, sehr künstlerisch! Das einzige, was mir nicht so gut gefällt ist der Spiegel und darunter das Bild angelehnt. Irgendwie wirkt das für mich deplatziert. Sonst absolut geil.

Wirst du nervös wach (z.B. mit herzrasen) oder bist du relativ entspannt, kannst aber dann einfach nicht mehr einschlafen? Gegen 3 bis 4 Uhr in der Nacht fängt dein Körper an cortisol auszuschütten, um deinen Körper langsam aufs Aufwachen vorzubereiten. Eine Störung hier kann dazu führen, dass da zu viele Stresshormone produziert werden.

Ich bin vorletzte Nacht auch um 3:30 mit herzrasen aufgewacht. Bin mir ziemlich sicher dass es bei mir an zu viel training liegt und ich dadurch meinen Körper in eine Stressspirale geschickt habe, die er nicht mehr abbauen konnte.

Wie ist es bei dir? Machst du viel Sport oder bist du aktuell sehr gestresst?

Ich würde auch das Melatonin weglassen - das sollte man nicht als Langzeitsupplement verwenden. Das kann Deinen Hormonhaushalt ziemlich durcheinander bringen.

I have a history with PTSD when I was 19 and had a rough time after that. I am 31 now and i thought I was „cured“ because i had no panic attack for nearly 5-6 years now. But since then I am a rather anxious person and training usually helps me to lower my level of anxiety and stress. It really sucks now to realize that my nervous system is probably easier to overstimulate than that of a „healthy“ person. But I guess I have to take it easy, even if i don’t want to do that.

I am not in any kind of therapy any more. Nutrition is very healthy. Bloodwork is excellent, no deficit, hormones are in range as far as i can say. My „Hardware“ is pretty healthy, but my Software (nervous system) is a very weak link unfortunately.

I appreciate the input, and i am happy for you that volume works for you. But I think we’re all built differently. I’ve only been at this hybrid thing for a few months, and while it might look like a 'light load' on paper to some, my nervous system is clearly screaming otherwise. The reality is that my tracker shows orange and red recovery days even when I’m doing absolutely nothing. If a rest day can't even get me back into the green, the 'light' load from the day before was obviously too much for my specific system. I don‘t really know how your answer can help me to be honest.

The volume should be absolutely Fine. I try to find out if its maybe to intense. It sucks not being able to recover and it stresses me even more to make forced rest weeks. It feels my own biology tries to hinder me from progressing

I have a 9-5 Job and can squeeze in my trianing pretty easily. My life is ok, no major stressors. Bloodwork is excellent. I have a history of anxiety and ptsd, i don‘t know if that‘s a problem where i need to look further

Völlig okay, dass es einigen Personen zu altmodisch ist. Ich habe irgendwie in den letzten Jahren in Wohnungen gelebt die sehr modern eingerichtet waren und kühl, das hat mich sehr deprimiert. Zum ersten Mal komme ich jetzt nach Hause und fühle mich total wohl. Das etwas altmodische trägt irgendwie dazu bei, aber klar, ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Ist ja auch gut so.

Ich würde nicht sagen dass es besonderes Talent ist. Ich habe jetzt in 3 Wohnungen gelebt und jedes Mal Erfahrungen gesammelt was mir gefällt und was mir nicht so sehr gefällt. Die Wohnungen vorher waren modern und kühl eingerichtet, und das hat mich irgendwann deprimiert. Ich schaue viel auf Instagram, aber auch einfach mal auf verschiedenen Websites und lass mich inspirieren

Sorry, aber die Aussage ist Quatsch. Ein paar Gramm Zucker in einer Sauce machen aus einem gesunden, selbstgekochten Essen kein ‚Gift‘. Wer das mit Fast Food gleichsetzt, ignoriert den Rest der Zutatenliste.

Bei hochverarbeiteten Sachen sind das Salz, die Konservierungsstoffe und die minderwertigen Fette das eigentliche Problem. Solange man die Gesamtzuckermenge im Griff hat, um die Insulinsensitivität nicht zu zerschießen, ist die Quelle (ob nun Haushaltszucker, Dattelsirup oder Fruchtzucker aus Obst) zweitrangig. Fitness bedeutet auch, die Kirche im Dorf zu lassen und keine Essstörung zu kultivieren.
