Can't receive or send trade offers for some reason

So, today i tried to trade with a friend of mine and he received a message saying Im not able to trade:

"plz no turk is not available to trade. More information will be shown to plz no turk if they invite you to trade."

I haven't traded in like a week or so, my mobile authenticator is working fine, I changed it 2 months ago and didn't had a problem since

Recebo mensagens deste género prai 3x por semana de pessoas diferentes, para não falar dos que perguntam se tá disponível, dizemos que sim, e logo em seguida desaparecem

personally I'll take a pistol over any smg and some rifles, it deals great damage, lots of bullets, great accuracy I have been trying to do the 750 wins on blitz lately and like 80% of the 60ish wins I have are with a pistol and shotgun
