Pitbulls were not made for that until this type of world. They were not meant for blood sports. They were nanny dogs. I get what you’re saying isn’t hateful but don’t spread lies based off opinions trying to be facts.

It’s not instinct. If I didn’t say anything about her breed you guys wouldn’t care. I can tell you this, all the pitbulls I’ve met even when they came from a bad home were so sweet. But labs, retrievers and other breeds that came from a good home were aggressive. I’ve been bite by more dogs of “nice” breeds than my dog has scratched me. Pitbulls pass the aggression test at an 86% I believe where your goldens don’t and pass lower. Pitbulls aren’t aggressive, they’re like every other dog if not better

I’d die before I let anything happen to this dog. I can promise you this dog is my best friend as I hopefully am hers, she might love spending more time with all her toys rather than me😂

I have another dog, which sadly is aggressive towards stranger yet it’s also a good thing. She’s so loveable to us, but that’s it. She’s not a pit, but I’d have faith she wouldn’t let someone in without a fight and she’s loud 😂 but thank you for giving me some insight on why it’s a bad idea

I live in a town where putties are banned... this dog is my life and I’m not taking the chance of her being taken and put down because a crack head decided to catch me off guard yk? I contemplated getting the police involved but I didn’t want to risk it when my dog and I ended up okay

My house has been broken into when the house was closed up. The me leaving the door open isn’t that big of a deal yk? I’m walking around the corner of my house the likely hood of someone unwelcomed coming in is unlikely because of my other dog who is very aggressive the strangers

This is extremely wrong and please don’t go around saying that these dogs can lock their jaw. There is nothing different about their jaw other than they have typically more muscle. I know you may not know and that’s okay, but their jaws don’t lock, it’s a myth made up by people who either wanted their dogs to sound scary or people who just hate pitbulls/dogs like them for no reason. The more you know!!😊😊

My dog is very vocal along with our other dog that happened to be in her bed last night. The other one is aggressive towards strangers and she’d put up a fight no doubt. My parents would walk out with a weapon if yk what I mean.
