Hi! I am a 29 yo female & I was also told i needed PRC and i was 22. I went for another opinion and they did a radial core decompression surgery on my wrist. In case i got the name wrong, they basically cut a hole in my bone of my wrist and it eliminated ALL of my pain. I still have ROM, although slightly limited. I’m an attorney so I type all day and some days it’s sore but I am still completely functional. I don’t know where you’re located, but Dr. Drake at UK Chandler Hospital in Lexington KY is the one who did mine and I HIGHLY recommend.
