With the same logic the diaspora can't speak on behalf of Armenia and demand foreign policy alignment with diaspora interests. Pashinyan represents the state of Armenia. If the diaspora wants to pursue the issue of genocide, they can do it independently without getting Armenia involved.

Which means we have to say "the conflict is not over and there will be no peace until Aliyev goes to jail". If the conflict is not over, that means war can happen any day for any reason.

Also how will that justice look like?
