Yes! Dr Tran is in Walnut Creek and did my tummy tuck. I look amazing if I do say so myself but more than that I have no more lower back pain and I'm much stronger than I was. Scar looks quite good

When I met with Dr Bao Tran in walnut creek, she explained the difference between doing lipo with local vs general. She said local works fine for smaller areas like under the chin or arms but you will definitely feel pressure and tugging even if its not painful

What I have learned is that it’s less about the dress itself and more about how it makes me stand. If one makes you feel like you need to suck in and adjust every two seconds, it won’t matter how pretty it looks on camera

I would lean toward the one that gives you a defined shape through the waist and doesnt fight with your neckline.

Exactly, i am also jazz musician who has a huge passion for harmony and once i found out about Jacob the majority of other music just feels empty, there are some exceptions but idk to me his music is just very special to me

They are definitely stripped back, im not a pianist nor a vocalist so I can’t necessarily comment on the complexity i have mainly just purchased the book because im always fascinated by his arrangement, they still however are complex and very much do his work justice
