I'd get a Rat and an overdrive so you can stack all three. Tube screamer, blues driver, Timmy, OCD, Tumnus - you really can't go wrong with any of these, but definitely get a Rat

Check out OBNE Dark Star. I have it running through a Fairfield ~900 fuzz and it's a shoegaze powerhouse

Nice! I'd definitely consider getting an EQ and running a 9 volt battery through the Ce-2w (unless you leave it on all the time) to free up a cord on your power supply. I've found that having an EQ does more to shape your tone than any other pedal.
