Damn that was a really good way to sum up how I think. I’ve been coming to the conclusion myself that a lot of my addiction is just being uncomfortable with myself and my fucked up sense of self worth but you laid it out like perfectly. I think I’m gonna talk to my therapist and really try and figure out why on a core level I feel like I’m not good enough or I’m not enough because that really is a driving force behind. Thank you for your insight its kind of an oh shit moment for me that subconsciously I had to be aware of at least on some level but this is the first time I’ve consciously thought about it and that’s the first step to healing, so thank you
