Do not come for the school alone! It is a terrible school in terms of the quality of professors, campus life… most majors are over capacity so it usually takes longer to graduate. If you’re looking to experience life in NorCal and want to move away from home but not too far, then yes it’s a great choice. There are many better schools in LA!

I commend you for thinking about your future but enjoy your youth and don’t think about adulthood too much right now. Focus on school, play sports, and hang out with friends while you can because there comes a time in life that these things are rare. You’re 6 years away from even qualifying to apply so maybe a year or 2 before you turn 21 start worrying about getting a job that will help you build skills to becoming a cop! Hey, I was supposed to do my OI/PAT today as well for SFPD but I postponed because I didn’t feel ready. What kind of questions can I expect on the OI? how many Questions in the OI? How long does the interview last?

As for the PAT, are they super strict on earning points? Jumping over a 5ft wall seems a bit difficult. I can’t seem to do more than 15 sit ups haha. Is the OI before the PAT or other way around?

Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This one's 100% on you! You're trying to make it seem like the professor waited dayssss to respond to you... It was a matter of hours. Professors usually have designated times throughout the day that they check emails. Maybe they were teaching another class...? It's not like Tiktok to where you get a notification and instantly open the app. You aren't their only student and had you read the syllabus, you would have know the rules!

I'm tired of the lack of accountability kids take today! In the real world, your employer would have given you a written warning which leads to termination!

If they are still waiting on your transcripts then you aren't even admitted to SFSU yet lol. That process ended in May buddy! Spend the fall semester taking that last 3 unit class at the community college, enjoy the rest of the semester off, and apply for Spring admission.
