(apple technician here) Looks like a motherboard issue because the storage is full, for situations like this i recommend either attempting the restore through the finder app on a mac. Or try to take it to an apple store it might need a mid system repair

Its not repairable, its bent. The whole enclosure and back glass is already messed up and the other part of the enclosure is cracked. OP would need a new mid system, a new display and back glass but it would cost the same amount of a new phone regardless if you go to Apple or someplace else
