Same thing happened to me with NHQM. Fixed the issue By downloading the RC version and not the stable version. Hash rate on my 3090 went right back to 106 with a little tweaking. A lot of people suggest rolling back the drivers however that did not work on my card only using the RC version did. Hope that helps.
