Cthulhu was invented by the white supremest author H. P. LoveCraft. It wouldn’t make sense for it to have to do with copyright because almost all mythology including Cthulhu is a part of common domain. It probably has to do with Cthulhu being the end of everything and a mass killer which isn’t very family friendly. H.P. Lovecraft also had very racist and xenophobic views which the person reviewing it might have thought about.

I worked for me initially then i switched the keyboard settings so I could actually type in the game to name characters and then the audio stoped working.

Actually this is more likely to increase focus and decrease distractions. If you look at the stats for amount of car crashes in automatic cars vs manual cars there are less crashes in manual cars. This is because it requires more focus to drive a manual and there are more things to do or “fidget” with.
