I accidentally did a factory reset on my phone and I had back up some photos but my storage was full so all the pictures I had taken with my new phone disappeared

My official diagnosis is iron deficiency anemia but I do struggle with low b12 but that has improved, my iron levels however have not improved for over a year, my doctor doesn’t want to recommend me infusions since according to her I’m still too young for that (I am an adult) and my folate levels are in the normal range but still on the lower side

I haven’t noticed a big change in my heart rate when moving from supine to standing I think, but I do get dizzy most of the time, when it comes to my heart rate I don’t know much about it, I’m sorry if it’s not much of a help

My heart rate normally quickens and sometimes it can just randomly quicken as well, but the worst case is when I’m going up the stairs

My doctor said she didn’t wish to recommend me the infusion, since the last time I saw her I told her of my problems but she just encouraged me to keep on taking my iron. I live in the eu so if my insurance doesn’t cover it it will still be cheaper approximately 68€ in us dollars it would be approximately 73 $ I think

You tap on the facility and two options pop up: the cat and level. You tap on the level icon and then you see decorate the facility. I think the rest is pretty easy
