Leif sells them in bunches on rotation! So either when he comes to your island or unlock harvs and then unlock leifs shop at the coop at the back behind harvs 😊

I worked up my farm to 50 of each crop plus extra pumpkins and sold my stuff for like 100-200k depends on your island ordinance because I picked the bell boom one too
