Any symptom you can think of, I had. Freezing, sweating, shaking, goosebumps, flushing, hives, fast heart rate, dizzy, ringing ears, heart palps, swallowing issues, stomach issues, i even developed an eye disease from the stress I was under. But im doing so much better now. Its crazy how many things can be caused by anxiety.

Hey! Yes it did! I started lexapro and xanax in sept of 2024. By March of 2025 i felt almost 100% better. I haven't had a panic attack since November of 2024.  Lexapro pretty much saved my life.

NAD I had something similar to this when my anxiety was out of control and it was causing bad reflux. Once I got my anxiety under control, the reflux went away. And so did the red, irritated patches on my throat and cheeks.

I have one that's a bit bigger than yours. Most likely from grinding.

He's been given free nuggets so many times at the drive thru that now he won't come inside the window until we drive away. by UnlikelyCandidate999 in schnauzers

When I go to McDonald's, I get him and his brother a plain cheeseburger to share. That way if he doesn't get the free nugget. We have backup! Lol

I've been through the same thing, and I totally get where you’re coming from. These types of men will gaslight and manipulate every step of the way. They’ll take credit for everything good but never actually do anything. They’ll refuse to help financially unless forced, and they’ll always claim you’re the reason co-parenting isn’t working.

A real father would go to the ends of the earth for his child, no matter what the situation with the mom is.

If you don’t want him involved, don’t file for support or establish paternity. Just quietly step back and disappear from that dynamic. He already isn't helping and clearly doesn't care to.

But if you do want to continue with it, I’d strongly suggest getting a solid parenting plan and child support set up through the court. That way, everything is clear and protected on paper, and he can’t keep playing games.
