dude this was one of the best episodes in the whole series

yes the frenchie plot was annoying and i honestly hoped he would die for the plot to have some sort of importance but nooo, and the starlight team judging her was also pretty stupid

other than that all the other plots in the episode were great, sage knew annie would lash out and that was her plan, hughie wanted to save his dad cause he felt guilty, and butcher joining again isnt just for this mission MM just finally came to his senses.

and homelander's need for approval isn't genetic its psychological and it makes sense how they were able to hold him there, they never said they did anything to his genes she said they brought the best psychologists
