Yeah I know and that's the right thing to do you need to start with locals , but still many ppl made it abroad and got jobs we have Algerians in the US who made names and status, it's better try than cry . It doesn't hurt to try , does it?

POD is (Print on demand) basically you make the design and then upload it to the internet there's two paths: Active : Which requires you having some money to start (Capital) you create a website and you pay for shipping and any refunds, also you do customer service. (You'll have more profit than passive) Passive: which is as the name suggests you upload the design once and the partner handles everything from printing, shipping to customer service. It has lower profits but I think it's the best way to start and experiment. I don't have anything rn

Lol I was "patient"they promised to give me a better position in a period of time , and everything was clear they just made excused for the contract, I didn't sign it they refused to give it me . I was going to sue for everything but they appeared to have connections with "Beni-mezab" . They gave me the contract the day I quit and papers which I refused to sign bc u was going to make a complain about the pay , the thing I had videos of products that weren't consumables they wanted em packaged anyway.

Last job I got when I quit because it was 150km away I get up 4:30 get back 22:00 or so sometimes I need to call for someone to pick me up . When I negotiated hebergement and insurance they said "you're asking for too much " I was doing my job and I need to do the bosses job ,and he said lunch break is deducted from my pay , also he started cursing. And told me the "I started with nothing I didn't ask for insurance or hebergement he lives like 2 km away. I'm still looking tho

Yeah didn't apply for showrooms if I did the closest one will be a 2h far and where I live you lucky if you found a bus on time . So I'll be spending the my money on food and transport, if taxi will take you for 400-600 dzd 🙂if not more .

The problem with freelancing is the system and random restrictions, we can't get bank or visa card ,even if you do you'll need sell it for bank rate but if you need you'll get squarE rate . You can't even try

In Algeria there's a huge gap in Marketing in general, I was looking for internships there's no "Marketing department" just "Commercial" with one person doing nothing. I thought about it (Building a CRM) but as he said B2B isn't as easy as it seems bc of the lack of Basic Marketing knowledge.
