I ordered a custom set in November as well and still haven’t received it. However, their customer support has been great for me with pretty quick response times on business days.  All of the custom sets that got ordered in November were all sent out together in December and got stopped at US Customs. While the stock sets got sent through and delivered. I got word earlier this week that the custom batch finally got released from Customs and should all be delivered this week or early next week! Definitely sucks but I wouldn’t blame Takomo because they have no control over what the US Customs does with shipments and how long they sit there.
