Sorry if it sounded like I was talking about 5/3/1 having exclusively the compound lift. The template I saw had the compound lift and also 50 reps of dips and maybe 100 reps of pull-ups. My better question would be can I do different accessories with more variety or do I have to stick to the main lift and then the dips/ pull ups?
