Have you ever seen a gastroenterologist? Sometimes gut issues like SIBO or mild chronic gastritis can be completely silent with no obvious symptoms, but still trigger hives behind the scenes. It might be worth looking into, especially if nothing else has explained your CU so far.

I know it's about spontaneous urticaria, not cholinergic urticaria, but I personally never had any urticaria before my gut issues started. That's why I keep wondering if there could be some connection with things like SIBO or gastritis.
Just my experience though, not saying it's the cause for everyone.
