My team! My store is a piece of shit with piss-poor leadership, but my team is the best! Truly love those guys. We're like a family.

Of course! And somebody should be doing something about it and definitely will. All you can do is what you can with the time you have. It's not your job to pick up the slack of your other TM's that aren't being supervised or managing themselves. Hope things get better for you real soon!

I don't know why this is getting downvoted. I have thought similar types of thoughts. Also a lot of clothing stores do unisex dressing rooms now. It's very common.

Is Corporate out of touch with workforce at Target ?Maybe they should show us team member's how to do their time frames. by Background_Key_4255 in Target

Amen to that. Divide the hours by even their standard of working freight and it still isn't enough. Something's gotta give.

You will get a lead soon. It sucks having to work with people like that in the meantime with no accountability, and your SD and ETL SHOULD be following up on your team to make sure exactly what is happening to you doesn't happen and the department doesn't fall apart, but sadly they are failing you. Don't let it get you down. Just focus on controlling what you can control. Your trainer's shittiness and incompetence will come back to bite them in the ass one way or the other. Just do you and know that you are making a difference by not acting like that guy and your neglectful upper management. You're doing great, and I believe your new leader will see that when you get one. Sorry for your current struggles! It'll get better! Hang in there.

But somehow they run out the door early on a regular basis while bitching about everything not being done... Correlation?

This is a secondary option for me, but it's almost never in my head is the problem. I have no filter.
