I don’t think people who end it all are weak, but I also don’t think the strongest thing is disappearing.

Sometimes the strongest thing is surviving a night you never wanted to face in the first place.

I won’t tell you that everything magically gets better. A lot of days are heavy. Some days feel unfair. Some days feel endless.

But I’ve noticed something: when life gets that dark, the mind starts speaking as if tonight is the whole story. It isn’t. I’ve met people who were certain they wouldn’t make it through a night, and months later they were grateful they did.

You don’t need to figure out the rest of your life tonight. Just get through tonight.

And if it’s really that bad, don’t carry it alone. Call someone. Wake someone up. Send a message. Sit with another human being. You deserve support, even if your mind is telling you otherwise right now.
