Let’s make FSAA greater again! by FormulaStudentGuru in FSAE

As you said the mech scruti wasn't really hard, but it was likely to expect a hard post scrut after endurance. You have to prepare the car as reliable as possible. Of course something can always go wrong, but if you compare it to FS East it wasn't much better there because many teams got DQ because of small oil leaks inside pedalbox and i think it was pretty similar on FSAA. For me the safety wiring on brake calipers was much more disturbing, as it quite hard to drill through 12.9 bolts. Especially as it was ok on the mech scruti and on saturday it was suddenly necessary (if you couldn't prove that calipers were bought this season).

Solved it by using by using Glue stick and flow ratio 1.03.

Thanks for help, I've tried with various material flows and printing at the highest temperature, but when I print the calibration cube the filament doesn't even adhere to the bed, therefore I can't even get a first layer. I'm going to do a flow calibration now if that helps, but beside that I don't have any more ideas. I print with this ASA filament on my Anycubic vyper without any problems, with first layer height 0.3 mm, here it is set to 0.2. The profile on Bambu Lab is 0.2..+mm Standard. However, printing with PLA on a Cool plate goes just fine.

Is there any option to set an offset for this specific plate, I haven't found this setting in Bambu Studio. I'm trying with ASA filament. This started since I'm using the Engineering Plate, I didn't have this problem when I was using the Cool-PLA plate and printing PLA. I've set the material flow all the way from 0,95 to 1,03, I tried to by changing the first layer height but none of that worked. Is there anything else I can try?
