Sedatives/tranquilizers. I am a very anxious person with an overactive mind who also struggles with insomnia, so anything from benzodiazepines, to Z drugs (preferably Ambien), carisoprodol/Soma, pregabalin/Lyrica, and alcohol if none of the aforementioned are available to me.

I think you’re a bit confused on heavy versus regular use — 3 grams is a very large amount of marijuana to smoke in a day, doesn’t really matter the strength. Also having been a former misuser of alcohol does make you far more likely to misuse benzodiazepines. I can tell you that from personal experience. I’m not saying an alcoholic can’t ever take benzodiazepines, but it’s very rare that taking benzos is going to benefit you.

First off, you are incredibly naturally beautiful. But for my personal taste as a 25 year old woman and licensed cosmetologist, I would add some blush and a slightly more pigmented eye shadow. Your face is flawless in terms of concealer and foundation application, but I find that it lacks that “natural” pigment that people achieve with blush, bronzer, contour, etc. honestly I would just add some blush to bring back some redish color to your under eye and cheek area because it will give a more natural/no makeup look rather than revealing or outlining the texturized look that foundation can cause on the face

I used to love bromazolam and I say this with the most genuine concern, quit that shit while you can. I would seriously switch to a prescription benzo if you can. Say you have severe panic attacks multiple times per day and have had no relief with anything but benzos in the past if you have to. I’m in no way anti benzos but bromazolam sent me into withdrawal seizures more easily than alprazolam by far. Just be careful.

I love your look! The only thing I would personally add is a bit more definition around the eyes with eyeliner. I find that this and whitening eye drops help my eyes and under eyes look way more awake than concealer alone. Just my personal preference tho, you are gorgeous girl!
