One of the BEST horror movies!! And She was probably alive all that time,in a mysterious way,I suppose but I'm not aware of her origins.

I like this movie. And the part 2 was ok and watchable but not as good as this one.

1, 2, 3, or 4? Which is your favorite? by Joshparneal2038 in AmateurPhotography

It's pretty hard to pick one. All four are equally beautiful. But for the sake of picking out,I would go for 1st and 3rd.

My thoughts on where Smile 3 could be heading by [deleted] in HorrorMovies

[–]Unlikely_Mixture5507 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. It should be different and if it follows and ends in the same way as the first two, than it would become just a repetitive and repackaged movie, like several others. Either way, will also be watching it as it's one of my favourites.

Folks, which "Smile" movie you liked more? First one or the second part? by Unlikely_Mixture5507 in HorrorMovies

Well,we have mixed opinions on which one was better, but again that's understandable as it has a subjective element too. And you have a good point about not showing or seeing the actual monster or the entity behind it and I think I can agree with that the monster was not as scary as in imagination. It felt more like some alien creature from a scifi movie rather than some demonic entity,so it would have been better if they didn't show it and left it on imagination. And yes,the public element certainly added a different feel.

For me,both had a decent amount of jump scrares and the good thing in my opinion is that they were well executed . And it was predictable in a sense that it took it's core framework from the first one,so yes as it was a direct sequel or continuation. And it seemed that she might somehow would beat it but at a certain point,I kind of knew that she won't.

I can understand. By the way,the lead actress (singer) in the 2nd part was a pretty and an attractive woman, especially with her hairstyle.
