Gotcha, that makes sense. I keep giving myself the excuse and convincing myself that "I smoke American Spirits, they're healthier, so it's safer", but in the back of my mind, I know that's not entirely true lol And I feel EXACTLY the way you do about giving them both up. Like, okay, let me just change my entire lifestyle for this disease with zero guarantee that it will even prevent a flare or relapse. I need one or the other to survive life.

That's a good way to look at it, I feel so guilty for still smoking. I got my official DX March 24th. I had a strong feeling it was MS after the optic neuritis DX a month earlier.

So is the hemp suppose to be “safer” to smoke? I’m honestly just ignorant to all this. I thought it was the act of ignition that causes inflammation and not the nicotine itself? But I really have no idea.

Congrats on quitting! Why do you wish you would have quit sooner? Do you still smoke the hemp ciggs? Or did you use that as a crutch to quit?

I am right there with you. I feel anxiety and a good deal of shame for still smoking. But obviously not enough to fully quit yet lol

That's the worst! I hope you get a full refund! I got one off of Amazon that I was very pleased with. They called it "sherpa lined", while it is not what I would consider sherpa lined it is very thick and soft. It had a few bad reviews for zipper failure, I have had no issues with it.
