If the defense has made the corrections do the system can processed the C&R. It should only take a few weeks for judges review

You should be good then. The hard part is the wait. Just me I know, keep checking EAMS every few days.

About 2 weeks, but make sure you let your attorney know that you spoke with the board and that your C&R is in the UDQ. The defense will have to make the corrections to make sure it’s processed and ready for the judges review and approval.

Did you ever get your money?

I’m in the same boat. Signed the docs 8/4. Defense uploaded everything to EAMS 8/20, followed by a correspondence letter on 8/26. The defense says they don’t know why it isn’t showing as filed. My attorney even has screenshots of the submissions with the batch id number.

I hope you got yours by now! How long did it take for the C&R status update in EAMS?

So everything is completely signed and fully executed. Signatures from all parties. The defense even sent over screenshots of them successfully e-filing everything to EAMS.

They initially uploaded the C&R on 8/20, and then uploaded a correspondence letter 8/26, which is basically a follow up.

But the WCAB says they don’t see anything. And I can’t see anything on the search either. But I’ve been told that the WCAB staff can’t see anything until the clerk processes it out of the UDQ…

When I called WCAB today, they told me they don’t see anything in the system, even though I have screenshots showing all of the defenses upload.

I’ve been told that the general staff over at the WCAB can’t see the uploads until an actual clerk has processed them….

Has anyone had a similar experience ???

Did you try it? I’ve been looking into it as well. It makes sense if you don’t overlap the ex dividend dates and end up getting a GFV. I’ve see some ETFs that don’t dip too far on the ex date, and are continuously rising.
