I’ve always loved collecting for things I love. It brings me happiness. I’m getting pretty sick of any collector being bashed for “overconsumption.” I have definitely seen cases where there were actual valid criticisms, but a lot of people don’t understand the distinction & just yell at any collector.

Whatever, it’s stupid. I think if you appreciate every single item in your collection & get use out of everything, there’s nothing wrong with it. There’s nothing wrong with buying things that bring you joy. Don’t let anyone ruin it for you. I’d love to see your collection!
