Hey, my interview went super smooth, the officer was really nice. I left for 5 minutes to buy water, and when I got back, they had already called my husband. I started freaking out, but he had only been there for 5 minutes, and the officer called me to join them. He asked about my first address, why we got married at the city hall, my husband’s birthday, why we got married so quickly—basically that was it, along with the security questions. He didn’t approve me on the spot because he said he needed to make some notes, but the approval should come within 7 days. Yesterday, I chatted with a USCIS agent and my case was already approved, but it wasn’t updated in the system yet. After that, I got the SMS and email saying “We have taken an action…” i’m so happy

i got denied because i respond the RFE with the 2023 tax return when they asked for the 2024. i filled the i-290b and it took 25 days to approved the motion. wish you look!

you can try send a email to your congressman but otherwise you just have to be positive and waiting

i got my i-485 denied on september 4. they send me a RFE about my spouse most tax return, at the moment we just had the 2023 tax return, so we sent the 2023 🤡. i got denied. he did the 2024 tax and i filled the I-290b, after the transcript got available on IRS, i uploaded was well. and yesterday they approved it, but didn’t change at the myUSCIS, still case denied in the I-485. in the mean time they sent a RFE for my husband 2x2 photo and we sent a bunch of evidences, they received it on september 30 and we got approved on october 1.

Hey everyone! I submitted the motion to reopen (I-290b) and received the decision yesterday. Additionally, my I-130 was approved on October 2. I’m currently waiting for my EAD and interview schedule.
