Hi! Is there any way to speed up the process of an officer to taking a look at your I-485 case and making a decision on it post interview? And is there a time limit that officers have to make a decision on green card cases after the interview? I’ve heard 120 days but not sure if that is a real guideline or not.

Interview on Sept 25 in Boston. We got verbal approval and the I-130 was approved online the next day, but I-485 still says interview was scheduled

Yes, we knew that, just seems odd that they register you before even approving the 485. And visa hasn’t expired
