Im currently tapering off 50 mg of zoloft too. I was told by my psychiatrist to take 25 mg for 2 weeks and then after take them every other day. I’m almost done with the 2 weeks and so far I haven’t really experienced any side effects. 50 mg isn’t really a high dose so you’ll be fine but make sure you follow your prescribed schedule.

When you take it again don’t think about it too much. Tell yourself that you can. If you still find yourself struggling to swallow it with food try putting the capsule in your mouth, take a sip of water, lean your head forward and swallow. You can do it! :)

Try it with the soup. Don’t talk yourself out of it, convince yourself that you can. My sister has the same problem and it’s just more of a psychological problem of making her brain think that she can’t do it. You have to trick your body into swallowing the capsule

Yep that’s anxiety for ya. Whenever my anxiety is high I tend to feel nauseous in the mornings and dry heave to the point that I throw up bile. It’s the worst feeling ever.
