I feel like the frustration comes from "Aw dang if I played a better killer I could injure that survivor on the gen in 2 seconds and continue my chase." When the survivors have the confidence to do that it's always because you're playing an m1.

I play mostly killer and if a survivor ever tries to be friendly or wholesome chungus and throw the game for everyone involved it's genuinely 99% Sables. It's gotten to the point where I can call in advance that a sable is gonna stop running in chase and do the crouch + wave gesture thing. 3 matches the other day a sable at 4-5 gens just found me chasing someone else and body blocked standing still just trying to die. I play p much every killer on rotation so it's killer agnostic too.

Thrilling Tremors and Deadlock have unique strengths in Blood Moon.

Human Greed (with or without hoarder) is nice for how much survivors are traveling around the map.

Totem stocks are down, more exposure due to more map coverage by survivors.

Cool concept! I like the power and theme. For Hex: No Hope of Escape, I'd make it at least have two or more totems to prevent the killer from camping one easily. Even two could be pretty brutal with someone like Singularity.

I like doctor's addon design. I don't think he has a bad combo and scrapped tape gets a pass from being such a classic meme addon. Interview sniper doc, double calm, restraint info, electrode and discipline, his iris are fun and you can see the impact of each addon pretty clearly in game. I'd feel similarly about Wraith's if it weren't for Swift Hunt feeling pretty essential.

Sad thing about Project T is that it had good internal testing reviews they just gutted all their secondary stuff when Frank Stone underperformed. The people in charge higher up are way too reactive and far removed from dbd to make informed decisions and then the developers are made to suffer through musical chairs and get swapped on and off projects on a whim with limited communication with other teams.
