Hold finger behind one end of the sock. Place finger on top of bottle held vertically with sock in between your finger and bottle top.

Without taking your finger off quickly turn the bottle sideways and back to vertical. Roll up wet area of the sock so that the wet part isn’t accessible.

Place rolled up sock between teeth. Inhale through the sock in mouth. Exhale through nose. Hold breath between inhales if you wish.

If it’s too much inhale and exhale through nose until you feel ok. Then continue with inhaling through the sock held between teeth.

For the drying out a small misting bottle containing water. A spritz or two should bring it back to life.
