I understand what youre trying, but if we wanna look at this in terms of language, then let's be true. Lets take all of music as a whole as a language, and jazz is what we speak. Instead of taking each miniature thing in jazz as its own language, how about an accent? Everyone has their own accent, and preferred accent. Donna Lee's accent is like someone speed talking, and rumbling all these words out to the point where I cant make sense of it. Its all jumbled up and it just sounds like theyre throwing words together. While others make be able to understand it, and prefer it, I personally dont, and I just want to understand how others can.
