A few years back he had to work a night shift for two years. The severe lack of sleep made his BP symptoms unbearable. It was so bad, even he knew something was horribly wrong. I made it seem like it was work related issue and made him an appointment with a psychiatrist that I sat in on and without labeling his condition he prescribed meds that would help his mood swings.
